The rear landscaped gardens are only available for tenants and their visitors, they are not publicly accessible.
Created using paved surfaces and raised planters the plants can be enjoyed by everyone.

Guest suite

Parkwood offers a guest suite where relatives or friends can stay overnight when visiting for a small charge. It must be booked in advance.

The Atrium

A key design feature is the full height glass atrium which introduces natural light and ventilation to the building.

It's a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

A shop

The tenants themselves run this shop which is stocked with everyday essentials.

Specialist bathing facilities

There are two bathrooms with specialist bathing equipment for tenants who need help with personal bathing as part of their care plan.

Scooter store

Each floor has a scooter store where tenants can store and re-charge their scooters.

Lifts

All floors are accessible by two lifts large enough to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Laundry

Our laundry is fully equipped with modern, efficient equipment. Use of the laundry facilities is included in the service charge.
